This is a gamejam game. The topic was "Competition". The idea was to make this a speedrunning game, like supermeatboy, clustertruck and the likes. However by the end it has turned out to be a somewhat regular platformer.

Story

When we die, we are thrown into a realm where we compete against other souls to reach the best time (or a minimum time in this case) to beat the level. 

We compete in the race to be reincarnated. The trails make us switch between dimensions to reach the goals. Some obstacles remain in one dimension while others remain in another. Souls that pass the trails get a second chance at life.

Game Goal:

In the game, you try to reach the torch in the level by crossing the platforms using the dimension changing mechanic. If the timer turns red, that is, if you cannot pass the level in the expected time, the level will repeat itself even if you reach the torch.

How To Play:

• Move horizontally: A - D
• Quick Restart - R
• Jump: Space
• Dimension Change: F
